Halal Management System Policy

At Miray Un, we strive to meet our customers' expectations promptly and in accordance with the requirements of the Halal Management System. In the design, development, and production of our products, we adhere to the OIC/SMIIC 1:2019 standard, the Turkish Food Codex, TSE product and management system standards, and our quality and food safety management systems. We also fulfill our customers' halal food safety requirements.

We aim to prevent and manage halal food safety risks that may arise throughout the processes from the preparation to the consumption of our products. By effectively and dynamically controlling hazards in all our units, we continue our efforts for continuous improvement and development. We take the necessary measures to minimize non-compliance and risks related to halal food safety.

With a management approach that values employee satisfaction, we aim to develop dedicated and competent personnel capable of problem-solving at all levels. We conduct continuous training programs to enhance awareness of quality and halal food safety among our employees. Additionally, we assign quality and halal food safety-related duties, authorities, and responsibilities to our employees, ensuring that they produce halal food within these responsibilities to achieve customer satisfaction.

We continually ensure the up-to-dateness of our system by monitoring changes in halal food requirements and relevant legislation and standards.
